About Cantex

The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits.

The Company’s primary project is located approximately 100 kilometers northeast of Mayo, Yukon Territory, Canada where significant massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. The Company has 1,075 claims covering over 20,000 hectares in the Yukon.

Cantex also has projects in Nevada, USA and in the Republic of Yemen.

The Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 9:30am PST at The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre (2170 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC).  The notice of meeting and information circular, as well as a copy of the proxy form and financial statement request form have been filed on Sedar or can be found here.  With the heightened health risks associated with the advent of new versions of COVID-19, and other respiratory illnesses currently circulating amongst the Canadian public, you should not attend the Meeting in person if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.  As such, the Company is encouraging shareholders to submit their votes by proxy in advance of the meeting (deadline for this is February 9, 2023 at 9:30am PST) and to attend the meeting via Zoom (Meeting ID #837 2273 9333) in lieu of physical attendance at the Ramada.  Shareholders attending via Zoom will not be allowed to vote at the meeting, but may still vote their shares by proxy online.

Cantex continues to explore new opportunities through its own generative work and partnerships.

 

Exploration

Led by Dr. Charles Fipke, discoverer of the Ekati Diamond Mine, the Company has a sound technical approach to exploration.

Results

Through the application of advanced exploration techniques in areas of high geological promise the Company has located significant mineralization.
